The Lesotho TechCon is everything technology, a conference to disrupt the technology space in Lesotho. Showcasing the latest technologies and emerging trends, skill demand and tech innovations through informative presentations, a tech expo and tech activity corner to engage with awesome gadgets. Most of all we want to excite the future generations (current tech students at higher education and Form E) by showing them what tech can do. The session will be educational and therefore industry professionals are too encouraged to attend to help them stay relevant in the market.
It is also a fundraiser for BasaliTech projects such as Lesotho Code Diva's, Tech Kids Sessions, The Mentoring Program and Labs4You a mobile lab initiative to take labs(computer, physics, chemistry and biology) to disadvantaged schools. We need all the help we can get !
Technology affects all of us and therefore the event will be broadcasted live for the world to indulge. However, the following are most encouraged to attend - organizations creating and utilizing tech, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, students at higher education and Form E / Matric students who are soon to transition to higher education.
